I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and New York.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and my Masters Degree in Psychology from the Phillips Graduate Institute of Psychology in Los Angeles.  I did my Post Graduate work at the Family Service Agency of Burbank, California and the California Graduate Institute Counseling Center in Los Angeles. My private practice is in New York City.

For many years, as a television network executive and a Film and T.V. Executive Producer, I had to deal with and manage many different types of personalities and developed a unique awareness of the stresses the entertainment industry creates including the kinds of issues those in it must handle.  When I decided to change direction I returned to graduate school to become a psychotherapist. From my previous career I learned I had a head start in understanding those dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, insecurities, etc. and how one's career (or lack thereof) can contribute to those symptoms.
